This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with medical practices through phone calls and emails.

• Manage a consistent volume of outreach daily.

• Present Nabi to office managers, care coordinators, and healthcare professionals.

• Clarify our referral process and facilitate an easy way for practices to send patients to us.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and document interactions in our CRM.

• Address common inquiries related to insurance, scheduling, and patient experiences.

• Foster and sustain ongoing relationships with referring practices.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless handling of referred patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business aspects of medicine (candidates with backgrounds in pre-med, post-bacc, public health, nursing, or healthcare administration are highly encouraged).

• Excellent communication skills paired with a warm and confident demeanor.

• Comfortable with making outbound communications and engaging in professional phone discussions.

• Dependable, organized, and proactive in follow-up efforts.

• Strong attention to detail when tracking outreach efforts and managing a pipeline of practices.

• Proficient in using scripts and adhering to defined processes.
