Clinical Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a dedicated staff for the Client

• Assign, monitor, and document necessary training

• Provide line management along with coaching and mentorship

• Oversee team performance in alignment with Client expectations and KPIs

• Assess staff monitoring capabilities through performance evaluation visits

• Raise concerns regarding quality, performance, and project matters

• Manage resource allocation and utilization to fulfill project requirements

• Report on team metrics and implement corrective measures

• Assist the team during audits and inspections

• Approve time records and expense claims

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement

• Act as the primary FSP-CRO liaison with the Client's local leadership

• Travel to investigator sites as necessary for on-site performance evaluation visits

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a pertinent formal academic or vocational qualification

• Over 5 years of pertinent clinical operations experience, including clinical trial monitoring

• At least 2 years of leadership experience

• Advanced mentoring, leadership, and supervisory capabilities

• Exceptional clinical trial monitoring skills, both remote and on-site, including risk-based quality management (RBQM)

• Familiarity with, or capacity to learn, FSP-CRO and Client SOPs and applicable regulations

• Strong data literacy, with the ability to interpret and act on data from various systems

• Capable of critical thinking and risk identification, assessment, and mitigation

• Ability to drive change and engage, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders

• Advanced and assertive communication skills, with an understanding of co-employment risks

• Dedication to ongoing leadership development

• Practical knowledge of AI tools

• Experience in resourcing and capacity management

• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on internal and external customer service

• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
