This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the onboarding process for incoming providers, including checklists, training sessions, credentialing milestones, and start dates.
• Conduct follow-ups with providers who are lagging on necessary training and escalate any risks concerning start dates.
• Analyze the onboarding pipeline for recurring bottlenecks and determine their causes.
• Keep accurate records of provider information in Airtable and related systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Proactively flag any at-risk start dates early in the process.
• Identify ineffective processes, templates, or handoffs and raise concerns proactively.
• Develop solutions when operational challenges are identified.
• Design clinical operations systems to enable automation and scalability across provider journeys, patient scheduling, and clinical practice support.
• Maintain communication with providers, including managing templates for emails, reminders, and checklists.
• Assist with ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing the provider journey as the team grows.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role with a strong focus on execution.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple moving parts amid competing and shifting priorities.
• A self-starter who can proactively identify and address blockers.
• Process-oriented and able to iterate quickly on various tasks.
• Comfortable asking questions and proactively addressing issues with proposed solutions.
• Possess clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-literate and comfortable working with trackers or databases.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic about emerging AI tools.
• Preferred: experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or onboarding involving multiple stakeholders.
• Preferred: familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, Metabase, or other similar operational platforms.
• Preferred: experience with W-2/1099 workforce classification nuances.
