Clinical Operations Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop project plans that include timelines and milestone targets, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

• Report on project status via standard status updates and meeting documentation.

• Act as the subject matter expert for designated projects.

• Address and resolve project challenges with both internal and external team members.

• Support the creation and implementation of policies and procedures.

• Appropriately assign project tasks to team members.

• Make informed decisions regarding project advancement.

• Serve as the primary contact to foster collaboration across departments.

• Inspire project participants to complete their tasks punctually.

• Execute quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct reviews after project completion to promote continuous improvement.

• Implement change control processes as necessary.

• Collaborate with various departments to assess client needs, train relevant teams, tailor solutions, and enhance operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in life or physical sciences.

• Proficient in G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proven success in team collaboration.

• Capability to influence others without formal authority.

• Demonstrated understanding of the operational and logistical components of clinical testing.

• Experience in facilitating meetings effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business unit functions and interdepartmental dependencies.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in operational project coordination, preferably in a diagnostic laboratory or similar environment.

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is preferred.
