This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trial design and enhance operational efficiency throughout the clinical development process.

• Track trial progress and performance metrics, offering insights that support decision-making and promote continuous improvement.

• Guide and develop junior staff, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.

• Supervise the execution of clinical trials to guarantee efficiency, punctuality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
