Clinical Nurse, PureWick

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide training and instruction to nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Facilitate the implementation of PureWick® in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care organizations.

• Support patients and caregivers during the initial onboarding process.

• Advise on the appropriate use of PureWick® in various healthcare settings.

• Serve as the clinical point of contact during implementations and pilot projects.

• Gather practical experiences, needs, and improvement opportunities from the field.

• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.

• Contribute to a positive user experience and the sustainable adoption of innovative incontinence care.

• Work in hospitals, nursing homes, and in-home settings throughout the Netherlands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed MBO or HBO education in Nursing.

• A valid BIG registration.

• Reside in Central Netherlands and possess a driver's license B.

• Communicate easily with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.

• Work independently, proactively, and be comfortable with traveling within the Netherlands.

• Interest in innovation, healthcare renewal, and medical devices.

• Experience in giving instructions, training, or presentations is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Enthusiastic, positive, and curious.

• Strong in building relationships and guiding people through change.

• Practical, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial.

• A natural ambassador for innovation in healthcare.

• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work regularly at the end of the day or in the evening.

• Valid BIG registration required; driver's license B is necessary.
