This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.
• Oversee and manage the daily workflow, queues, and prioritization of tasks to achieve targets for productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Track real-time performance metrics and resolve any issues related to volume, coverage, or quality.
• Ensure adequate staffing across shifts, including adjustments to schedules and coordination of paid time off.
• Mentor, give feedback, and assist care coordination staff.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings centered on performance, quality, and development.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to communicate priorities and updates.
• Maintain daily engagement, eliminate obstacles, and address issues immediately.
• Cultivate a team environment that promotes accountability, engagement, development, and retention.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance metrics using established metrics and scorecards.
• Provide documented contributions for performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation discussions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and HR on performance improvement plans and corrective measures.
• Lead structured team communications through huddles, one-on-ones, and participation in all-hands meetings.
• Communicate team sentiment, concerns, operational risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Engage in the interview process and offer hiring recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and provide hands-on training.
• Monitor the progress of new hires and reinforce training efforts.
• Identify development opportunities and support high-potential team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and clinical documentation standards.
• Escalate complex employee relations, performance, or compliance matters to the Director.
• Prior experience in supervising or managing a production-oriented team in a healthcare, clinical operations, or call center setting.
• Proven ability to manage productivity, quality, and service-level performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of care coordination or clinical operations workflows.
• Experience with EMR systems, workforce management tools, and performance dashboards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Supervisory experience with 10 or more direct reports is preferred.
• Background in chronic care management or similar care delivery models is preferred.
• Experience with performance management and corrective action processes is preferred.
• Candidates must be residents of the United States.
• Must have a private, stationary, HIPAA-compliant workspace within the home.
• High-speed broadband internet is required.
• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is necessary.
• Secure internet connection and ability to safeguard confidential patient information are essential.
