This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Accountable for the coordination and management of all elements related to ongoing and future product training initiatives.
• Organize the execution of comprehensive programs and activities in alignment with Bard Medical's mission and objectives.
• Maintain documentation and records to accurately reflect program activities.
• Supervise the collection and upkeep of records for statistical analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure support for the program.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure the effective implementation of the program.
• Create product training plans involving hospital team members as necessary.
• Regularly monitor program activities and perform annual evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of three (3+) years of patient care experience.
• Experience in Hospital ICU/CCU/ED settings, leadership roles, committee participation, and/or charge nurse positions is advantageous.
• Capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a sales environment alongside a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in building relationships.
• Competent in collecting, analyzing, and presenting clinical data.
• Must possess proficiency in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Capable of managing multiple customer accounts with robust organizational skills.
