Clinical IS Analyst – Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting with the Epic Specialty application in a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting, system enhancements/build, validation, testing, and training.

• Conducts ongoing maintenance and configuration updates for Epic Radiant and Specialty applications.

• Operates with minimal supervision, managing the Radiant and/or Specialty application(s)/module(s) of Epic.

• Delivers Tier-II support to end-users, both remotely and in-person.

• Works collaboratively with all Epic teams and Operations for continuous software maintenance and optimization.

• Develops and documents internal procedures; utilizes them alongside related applications and systems.

• Aids in populating, testing, monitoring, or general maintenance tasks.

• Collaborates with Clinicians to interpret and document existing workflows while anticipating future workflows that are optimized for any upcoming application changes.

• Coordinates system fixes and modifications with software vendors.

• Performs any additional duties as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in back-office operations.

• Capability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical abilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment, rapidly adjust direction, multitask, and show eagerness to learn new technologies.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant Epic experience is mandatory.

• Radiant certification or proficiency is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent years of experience may be taken into consideration.
