Clinical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Transform signed agreements with hospitals into active, high-quality clinical pilot programs.

• Oversee the complete on-site implementation of CerviSense at each designated hospital.

• Collaborate with Principal Investigators and their clinical teams to establish workflows, patient selection criteria, and data collection methods.

• Provide training to midwives, obstetricians, and nursing staff; ensure uniform application techniques among all operators.

• Address device and application issues in real-time troubleshooting scenarios.

• Maintain data quality that satisfies the standards necessary for normative curve development and peer-reviewed publications.

• Foster clinical adoption — your key performance indicator is not merely installation, but ensuring that the device integrates into the routine workflow.

• Deliver structured field feedback to product, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing (Clinical Specialist track), or a related health sciences field.

• 2–5 years of experience in clinical applications, field specialist, or clinical affairs roles within the medical device sector.

• Demonstrated capability to train clinical users and convert technical specifications into applicable clinical workflows.

• Experience in deploying medical devices within active clinical settings.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required; knowledge of German is a bonus.

• High availability for field travel throughout Spain and Germany.
