Clinical Field Team Manager – Optometry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Continuous performance management of all direct reports.

• Execute and document disciplinary actions as necessary, which may include terminations.

• Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with field team members.

• Ensure that timecards are accurately updated and approved.

• Authorize expense reimbursements.

• Organize and actively participate in the training and onboarding of new field team members.

• Provide ongoing training for current field team members.

• Engage in interviewing and the hiring process for new field team members.

• Stay accessible to field team members throughout the day.

• Carry out additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Management experience is preferred.

• Experience in medical office management is preferred.

• Problem-solving skills—the individual identifies and addresses issues promptly.

• Customer service skills—the individual effectively manages challenging client/customer situations, responds swiftly to customer needs, seeks customer feedback to enhance service, and meets service requests and commitments.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Capability to lift 15-20 lbs.
