Clinical Educator, Greek

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual clinical education-only sessions focused on health topics such as fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health.

• Conduct group webinars and workshops in specialized areas alongside Vira’s team.

• Address general health inquiries through asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis.

• Offer evidence-based health information, lifestyle advice, and self-management techniques.

• Assist members in locating clinical care and coordinating suitable referrals with Vira Care Advocates.

• Develop educational content for the Member Zone, which includes articles, care plans, videos, and materials for webinars.

• Evaluate existing content for clinical accuracy, incorporate new evidence, and adhere to practice guidelines.

• Create culturally sensitive educational resources tailored for diverse audiences and regions.

• Work with Vira resources to convert complex medical information into accessible content for members.

• Ensure educational resources meet regulatory standards across various markets.

• Engage in clinical quality improvement projects.

• Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and member education protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, product development, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Clinical Psychologist, or possess an equivalent healthcare professional qualification.

• Maintain a current active license/registration in good standing within the country of practice.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or a related specialty) in Greece.

• Familiarity with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement methodologies.

• Proficient in Greek at a professional level.

• Comprehensive knowledge of women's health across various stages of life (from fertility to menopause).

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex medical concepts.

• Demonstrated cultural humility and a sincere commitment to promoting health equity.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Skilled in using digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.

• Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management skills.
