This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Instruct clinical personnel on the usage and implementation of critical care monitoring equipment.
• Assist in configuring monitor setups tailored to the specific requirements of each location.
• Conduct end-user classes, in-services, and provide “on the fly” training.
• Deliver on-site support during the installation of new systems or upgrades.
• Relay customer feedback to the client’s clinical and support teams.
• Active RN license (BSN preferred).
• At least three years of full-time experience in critical care, such as ICU, CCU, NICU, ED, or OR.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of cardiac rhythms and ST-segment interpretation.
• Familiarity with bedside and central station monitoring workflows.
• Proficient in the setup and management of invasive lines and pressure monitoring (e.g., cardiac output, wedge pressures).
• Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and training/presentation skills.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic networking.
• Capable of organizing, scheduling, and managing all travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and an enthusiastic learner.
