This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Instruct clinical personnel on the utilization and implementation of critical care monitoring devices.
• Assist in configuring monitor setups to cater to the specific requirements of each location.
• Conduct end-user training sessions, in-services, and provide “on the fly” training as needed.
• Provide on-site assistance during new installations or upgrades.
• Relay customer feedback to the client’s clinical and support teams.
• Valid RN license (BSN preferred).
• At least three years of full-time experience in critical care settings such as ICU, CCU, NICU, ED, or OR.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of:
• Cardiac rhythms and ST-segment interpretation.
• Bedside and central station monitoring workflows.
• Setup and management of invasive lines and pressure monitoring (e.g., cardiac output, wedge pressures).
• Flexibility, strong initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and training/presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic networking.
• Capability to organize, schedule, and manage all travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and eager to learn.
