This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Provide both onsite and remote training for clinical applications related to Molecular Imaging systems, enabling customers to gain proficiency and confidence in utilizing the equipment;
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to facilitate system installations, clinical go-lives, and promote user adoption activities;
• Assist customers in optimizing clinical workflows, enhancing image quality, boosting productivity, and improving patient care outcomes;
• Establish and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering ongoing clinical support and prompt solutions to their needs;
• Advocate for the clinical and operational advantages of GE HealthCare solutions by aligning product features with customer demands and objectives;
• Cultivate and maintain a network of key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders within the designated territory;
• Participate in customer events, workshops, trade shows, user meetings, and educational programs by providing presentations, demonstrations, and clinical expertise;
• Leverage digital education tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and support GE HealthCare’s digital transformation initiatives;
• Thoroughly document training activities, customer visits, and interactions in line with local processes and compliance standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field;
• Relevant experience in clinical or applications settings within Molecular Imaging, including Nuclear Medicine and/or PET;
• Proficiency in English and at least one other Nordic language, both written and spoken;
• Capability to deliver clinical education, training, or applications support to healthcare professionals;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to engage a diverse range of customer audiences;
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities;
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, dedicating approximately 70–80% of working hours to customer sites.
