This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +7 more states.
• Develop and enhance AMO's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical training sites.
• Execute strategic outreach via email, phone, video, social media, and various communication platforms.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness.
• Prioritize opportunities to consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
• Utilize HubSpot and other technological tools to build, prioritize, and oversee the outreach pipeline.
• Keep precise documentation, report on pipeline health, and leverage data to inform recruitment strategy.
• Assess prospective partners based on knowledge of provider types, clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements.
• Inform healthcare professionals and organizations about the benefits of partnering with AMO.
• Assist prospective partners through the onboarding process while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Negotiate educational stipends and gather contractual and credentialing documentation.
• Ensure seamless and accurate handoffs to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams regarding school partner requirements and placement timelines.
• Maintain communication with external partners and internal stakeholders, providing timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment strategies, outreach effectiveness, and internal processes.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a target-driven environment or deadlines in a clinical education context.
• Experience engaging with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and/or healthcare organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, board certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and other relevant healthcare documentation.
• Experience in managing CRM-based recruitment or business development pipelines; familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals, address objections, and establish long-term professional relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing professional networks and social media, including LinkedIn, to generate opportunities.
• Capability to quickly adapt to and consistently execute established processes while demonstrating sound judgment and independent decision-making.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adapt to shifting placement needs, and maintain urgency without compromising accuracy.
• High degree of professionalism, accountability, and ownership, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Resident of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
