Clinical Education Manager – Southeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring that clinical innovation and educational initiatives are effectively developed and implemented through both internal and external channels for Quantum Rehab and Stealth products, thereby strengthening relationships with providers and clinicians.

• Collaborate closely with members of the Inside and Field Sales teams to design and produce clinical sales-related content and materials, enhancing the education and expertise of the Quantum Rehab and Stealth Products team and the rehab community nationwide.

• Improve the clinical presence and resources across all platforms to expand Quantum Rehab's influence and highlight product and industry advancements.

• Cultivate and maintain exceptional presentation skills for all Pride and Quantum-related product lines, including Power Bases, Power Positioning, Electronics, Stealth Products, Accessories, and Seating.

• Engage in strategic travel across the country to target and support Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Managers, fostering Quantum Rehab and Stealth growth opportunities with providers and clinicians.

• Assist the Quantum Rehab Leadership teams by delivering education, training, and guidance to enhance the Sales team’s effectiveness in top facilities and referral sources across each region.

• Ensure the accurate creation and distribution of Quantum educational materials, including but not limited to resource guides, product presentations, and clinical presentations.

• Generate content and regularly update educational and marketing materials, videos, and instruction guides for the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and any other channels that facilitate communication and knowledge for Quantum Rehab and Stealth employees.

• Collaborate with various internal teams and leverage external opportunities to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) through strategic outreach and partnerships while seeking ways to advance referral sources.

• Educate and support Sales teams by providing tools to penetrate referral sources and clinicians, ensuring Quantum Rehab is recognized as the leading supporting manufacturer.

• Partner with industry publications and trade journals for writing opportunities that represent Pride and Quantum Rehab.

• Work in close conjunction with Quantum Rehab Leadership teams to identify territories that require improvement.

• Assist Quantum Rehab Sales Leadership in developing products, processes, and clinical training programs for both Field and Corporate Sales/Service teams, as well as providers and facilities throughout the territory.

• Develop and maintain strong presentation skills across all Quantum Rehab and Stealth product lines, including power bases, power positioning, electronics, Stealth products, accessories, and seating.

• Collaborate with the Education Department (also known as Pride Learning Institute) to oversee the training and development of presentations and materials for annual activities, ensuring all presenters are adequately trained and prepared.

• Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management.

• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.

• Assign, train, and develop consultants based on their experience and departmental objectives.

• Establish goals and objectives, measuring outcomes to ensure targets are achieved.

• Commit to continuous improvement and consistently display sound business judgment.

• Collaborate effectively with all Pride departments to surpass both internal and external expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a friendly team player, self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.

• Must possess the ability to:

• Multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Collaborate closely with an internal creative team.

• Guide, direct, and inspire team members.

• Travel up to 2 weeks per month, including a minimum of 3 days at the Corporate Headquarters facility at least twice per year.

• Lift/Push/Pull weights up to 50 lbs.

• Must demonstrate:

• A relentless drive for advancement and continuous improvement.

• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences using PowerPoint and video formats.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent web navigation skills.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist with direct patient interaction, including a minimum of 3 years of direct, in-person experience in the complex rehab technology evaluation process for end users in a wheelchair seating clinic and/or as a complex rehab technology provider.
