This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct on-site training utilizing validated applications, protocols, and processes.
• Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other professional staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of HCUS products.
• Enhance image quality across HCUS modality products.
• Oversee comprehensive system training.
• Organize training events in conjunction with HCUS and customer-site contacts.
• Assist in the creation of customer training and support materials.
• Offer telephone support to customers, sales teams, and field service personnel.
• Relay equipment issues and customer concerns to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Line Management.
• Provide continuous support for application-related and image-quality issues.
• Maintain documentation that supports customer training.
• Collaborate with the HCUS team to secure customer acceptance of modality product solutions.
• Pursue ongoing education regarding the modality product portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for increasing market share and growth.
• Respond swiftly to customer concerns, inquiries, and questions.
• Sustain communication and working relationships across HCUS departments.
• Contribute to the development of product, service, sales, and marketing strategies.
• Report information and activities that influence customer satisfaction or future business operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to quality, regulatory, safety, and established policy requirements.
• Participate in committees, performance improvement initiatives, strategic planning teams, and professional organizations.
• Comply with U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Meet vendor-credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred; a Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
• Credential as a Registered Radiology Technologist: ARRT (ARRT (R), (MAM), (QM), (CT), (MR)).
• At least 5 years of experience in digital radiology.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to sit for 75–100% of applicable work time.
• Capability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, for up to 100% of applicable work time.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 10 pounds for up to 20% of applicable work time.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, up to 85%, based on business requirements.
• Must fulfill vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities.
• Must adhere to applicable U.S. FDA medical-device regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Must be prepared to test for COVID-19 periodically and wear a face covering indoors as required, unless an approved accommodation is in place.
