Clinical Case Manager – Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Employs advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities to ensure appropriate physical health and behavioral healthcare for members.

• Conducts telephonic clinical case management for the Medicare population.

• Completes a Comprehensive Assessment and develops a Plan of Care.

• Records information in clinical systems to support legacy Aetna and Coventry memberships.

• Offers behavioral health consultation and collaborates with Aetna partners.

• Actively participates in clinical treatment rounds.

• Assists members in finding community-based behavioral health resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical practice experience.

• An active and unrestricted clinical behavioral health license in the state of residence (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISW).

• Preferred crisis intervention skills.

• Preferred experience in managed care/utilization review.

• Preferred experience in case management and discharge planning.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health or a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
