This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver immediate clinical support, psychoeducation, and facilitate connections to relevant referrals and resources via a clinical phone queue.
• Employ techniques such as active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies to engage collaboratively with members seeking assistance for mental health, substance use, or family/relationship issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members to ensure their safety and timely access to care.
• Suggest an action plan based on clinical evaluations and coordinate connections to suitable care and services (including Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, or external resources).
• Offer after-hours support to members and leaders in need of services or connection to the Global team, Management Consultation team, and Spring Internal team.
• Demonstrate effective writing skills to produce professional documentation and interact with members and providers through email communication.
• Adhere to care management outreach protocols and apply sound clinical judgment to identify and resolve barriers or disruptions to care.
• Enhance care effectiveness by working closely with Spring Health care providers and the Provider Operations team.
• Collaborate and troubleshoot with multi-disciplinary teams, including Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product, to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Attend staff meetings, participate in case consultations, and engage in training sessions.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Comply with Spring Health policies while upholding all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist credential.
• At least 2+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Proficiency in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Familiarity with crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions.
• Fully engaged and free from distractions for the entirety of the shift.
• Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Approach all interactions with cultural sensitivity, empathy, and respect for individual identities.
• Driven to exceed expectations for members and provide a high-touch experience.
• Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using diverse computer platforms, learning new systems, and effectively performing tech-related tasks.
• Capable of multitasking and switching contexts effectively.
