This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
• Lead and implement clinical education training and demonstration strategies for General Imaging Ultrasound.
• Offer technical and clinical guidance during the pre-sales phase by showcasing Ultrasound products, their applications, capabilities, and advantages.
• Organize, schedule, and deliver objective-driven training for customers on system usage.
• Track and report on the outcomes of training sessions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in General Imaging Ultrasound and serve as a clinical liaison to the sales team.
• Enhance clinical skills, foster customer relationships, and create business opportunities.
• Access competitive accounts and relay market intelligence back to the organization.
• Promote new product features and clinical methods.
• Create training plans and strategies that support product integration and continuous training requirements.
• Assist at trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Recognize customer satisfaction challenges and aid in escalations, problem resolution, and specialized training requests.
• Build customer relationships and aid in standardizing and optimizing procedures.
• Advocate for hybrid training delivery methods.
• Keep all pre- and post-training documentation updated.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures.
• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical field.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen is required.
• Preferred certifications include Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical education training and the implementation of related processes.
• Proven experience in delivering complex information and adapting communication based on the audience.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% or more, including 4–5 days per week, nights, and some weekends) across the US using various modes of transport.
• Must reside within the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
• Preferred experience working with GE Healthcare GI systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Skills in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not an option.
• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.
