Clinical Applications Specialist – Dosimetry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver training on clinical applications to customers both on-site and remotely to guarantee their safe, effective, and confident use of medical technology, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.

• Assist in managing customer clinical expectations by providing high-quality education and continuous support.

• When appropriate, relay customer feedback and competitive insights to internal teams such as marketing, product management, and engineering.

• Organize and/or facilitate training programs for customers and internal staff.

• Present to both small and large audiences at seminars, training sessions, conferences, and trade shows.

• Create and maintain supplementary training materials, including quick-reference guides, workbooks, video content, and implementation resources.

• Work collaboratively across departments to promote service excellence and enhance customer relations.

• Assist in the design and execution of onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for clinical applications specialists, including education on new product releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel is a must.

• Certification as a Medical Dosimetrist is required; additional RTT license is preferred.

• Strong clinical knowledge of workflows and processes in a medical and/or radiation oncology setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

• Flexible, positive, and open to new ideas and evolving environments.

• Highly driven self-starter with the capability to work independently.

• Eager to learn and able to quickly assimilate and implement new concepts and technologies.
