This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as a strategic clinical collaborator with neurosurgeons and care teams.
• Provide education to clinical teams on Insightec's neurosurgical technologies.
• Integrate clinical and technical knowledge to enhance procedural understanding.
• Improve patient workflows and reinforce Insightec’s presence in neurosurgical services.
• Responsible for clinically training new facilities and instructing clinical personnel.
• Work alongside the Clinical Account Manager to develop a robust MRgFUS program.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with neurosurgeons, MRI teams, and service line leaders.
• Implement impactful training and educational initiatives that connect clinical excellence to MRgFUS programs.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison supporting commercial strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, medical physics, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in MRI, focused ultrasound, CT, and/or operating room settings.
• Demonstrated capability to train and persuade medical professionals regarding complex technologies.
• Strong business insight with the ability to relate clinical value to utilization.
• Confident presenter adept at influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Resilient, adaptable, and effective in high-stress clinical environments.
• Openness to travel 70% of the time.
