Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Serves as the subject matter expert regarding the application of our products within key market segments to foster company revenue growth objectives.

• Works collaboratively with the local sales team to organize and provide comprehensive onsite and virtual training and education for customers, including curriculum development, processes/tools, and programs.

• Cultivates a shared understanding of the technology among care providers and conveys the clinical and economic value proposition effectively.

• Engages in product evaluations and installations.

• Evaluates needs and guarantees thorough education and practical training on our products, encompassing maintenance and troubleshooting that caters to all members of the clinical team.

• Delivers the necessary education and training to promote optimal bedside utilization of the technology in both new and existing accounts.

• **This is a remote role (home-based in the greater New Orleans area) with the capacity for overnight travel (50%) and flexible working hours.**

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience is required.

• **A current RRT license is mandatory.**

• Previous experience in training or educating healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist capacity is highly desirable.

• Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products is preferred.

• Ability to swiftly comprehend new product enhancements and training programs/materials.

• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must secure any/all required vaccinations as necessary for vendor credentialing.
