This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
• Work in partnership with sales teams on joint customer initiatives to enhance business objectives, growth opportunities, and customer engagement within key accounts and dental service organizations.
• Provide educational sessions to dental professionals regarding the safe and effective utilization of Solventum products through lectures, webinars, hands-on workshops, congresses, summits, academies, universities, and association events.
• Enhance the sales team's product expertise and facilitate training for new hires.
• Convey insights concerning competitor products, claims, and activities.
• Identify and engage with local strategic or emerging healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and influencers.
• Ensure that customer education, KOL interactions, and external engagements adhere to local and regional compliance standards, approved content requirements, and agreement processes.
• Operate a company vehicle or utilize a car allowance as per local policy.
• Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50–70%, within Denmark and Norway.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, dental studies, or a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Danish or Norwegian at a native level, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive product knowledge across the dental solutions product range.
• Capability to deliver clinical education and product demonstrations, including hands-on training sessions.
• Proficient public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Effectiveness in working across Denmark and Norway and within an international EMEA organization.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• Experience in providing clinical education, product training, webinars, lectures, hands-on sessions, or customer-oriented demonstrations in a dental setting.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
• A customer-centered approach, strong teamwork abilities, high motivation, and selling skills are considered beneficial.
