This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Act as the main contact for high-volume, established accounts, facilitating smooth onboarding and patient monitoring processes.
• Meet designated sales and utilization objectives within specified accounts.
• Implement actionable quarterly business strategies with defined activity goals and growth initiatives.
• Perform regular account check-ins to assess program performance, identify obstacles, and discover new opportunities.
• Present product demonstrations and engage in educational meetings to promote adoption and increase utilization.
• Offer competitive insights, encompassing customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Provide support for Territory Managers during PTO, meetings, and peak demand times.
• Maintain CRM documentation for key accounts, including activity notes, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, APPs, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Conduct quarterly account reviews in partnership with the Territory Manager to ensure program health, monitor patient volume trends, and address operational needs.
• Assist in the execution of workflow enhancements to optimize patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring processes.
• Offer technical troubleshooting for remote monitoring issues and workflow challenges, escalating when necessary.
• Occasionally provide procedural case support for a broader territory, focusing on priority accounts.
• Facilitate training and education for new clinical staff, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Collaborate effectively with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field).
• Experience: 2-4 years in the medical device or healthcare industry (inside or field).
• Proven consultative selling skills, including identifying needs, asking strategic questions, and positioning solutions to drive utilization growth.
• History of achieving ≥100% of goals in the most recent performance year.
• Experience engaging with clinicians and administrators (e.g., HF clinics, service line leaders).
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel/analytics, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable delivering clinical/technical presentations to groups of 10–50 stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the reimbursement landscape and payment pathways (highly preferred).
• Experience with leading MedTech organizations (highly preferred).
• 1-2 years of commercial experience.
• Background in Cardiology/HF/EP/Structural Heart or remote monitoring.
• Previous involvement in value analysis or committee-based selling.
• Understanding of Cath lab/OR workflows; basic procedural support experience.
