This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) serves as the main point of contact for customers, driving sales demand by implementing marketing strategies and promoting Sobi products.
• Delivers up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi's offerings and effectively articulates the on-label clinical advantages of the products.
• Achieves sales within the territory by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, which involve conveying branded sales messages to clients.
• Represents Sobi at local meetings, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Responsible for advocating Sobi’s products and services to a designated customer base, generating and increasing sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives within a specified geographic region.
• Actively promotes the appropriate application of Sobi products to healthcare professionals, adhering to all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develops and executes a territory business plan to fulfill customer requirements and achieve sales targets, along with conducting weekly analyses of territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and guarantee accurate reporting of physicians.
• Prepares budget plans for territory customer interactions, local symposia, and other miscellaneous external expenditures.
• Reports all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as required by guidelines.
• Undertakes all administrative tasks necessary for the position, including timely reporting of call activities and customer information into the designated call reporting system, submitting expenses, etc.
• Must be located within the designated territory.
• BA/BS degree in business or science.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Hematology/Oncology with in-depth knowledge of UP-MC and AHN health systems.
• Preferred 3-5 years' experience in rare disease.
• Preferred 3-5 years' experience with oral medications, specialty pharmacies, and HUB operations.
• At least 5 years of dedicated hospital selling experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.
• A minimum of 3 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
• A CAM will possess at least 3 years of biologics sales experience leveraging a specialty pharmacy or 8 years dedicated to hospital selling experience.
• Experience navigating the transition of care/patient journey processes from hospitals to outpatient settings.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Familiarity with single-source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary processes.
• Strong work ethic, capability to set priorities, and time management skills within a large assigned geography.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, which may be as high as 40-50% in certain cases.
