This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in driving sales demand by implementing marketing strategies and promoting Sobi products as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
• Offer up-to-date and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products while effectively conveying the clinical benefits of the products as per on-label guidelines.
• Attain sales objectives within the territory by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies.
• Communicate branded sales messages to customers.
• Represent Sobi at local meetings.
• Meet or surpass sales targets.
• Responsible for promoting Sobi’s products and services to a specified customer base.
• Generate and expand sales while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals within a designated geographic region.
• Advocate for the appropriate use of Sobi products by healthcare professionals in alignment with all Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan tailored to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct weekly analyses of territory sales data to prioritize physician outreach and ensure accurate reporting of physician information.
• Prepare budget plans for customer engagements, local symposia, and various external expenses.
• Aid in identifying and addressing issues and opportunities, proactively communicating with sales and marketing management.
• Report all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as required by guidelines.
• Complete all administrative duties associated with the position, including timely reporting of call activities and customer information into the designated reporting system, submitting expenses, etc.
• Reside within the designated territory.
• Hold a BA/BS in business or science.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector, including at least 3 years of specialty sales experience within the same industries.
• A CAM should possess at least 3 years of biologics sales experience that involves a specialty pharmacy or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience.
• Familiarity with the transition of care/patient journey process from hospital to outpatient settings.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across a large assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, which may amount to 40-50% in some instances.
