This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and nurture clinical relationships with clients.
• Lead and participate in client meetings as required.
• Create and execute clinical plans that align with client objectives and the corporate business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and integrate them into strategic initiatives.
• Analyze client financials and utilization metrics to uncover chances for enhancing care and managing drug and overall healthcare expenses.
• Recommend and supervise the implementation of specific clinical programs.
• Convey client requirements and product/process development opportunities to the organization.
• Engage in formulating clinical and comprehensive client/account strategies.
• Provide consultancy on plan and benefit design recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of annual client reviews.
• Build and sustain relationships with medical and pharmacy directors, CEOs, benefit managers, and consultants.
• Deliver drug information and serve as the clinical consultant/expert for the account team.
• Assist and engage in P&T Committees for select clients.
• Advise on formulary management and administration.
• Continuously assess clinical programs and services.
• Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary teams to address client requirements.
• Represent the organization at both internal and external meetings.
• Contribute to account retention and business development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the capability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months, is necessary.
• An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with the PBM industry, PBM clinical programs, pharmacy claims, and managed care principles and practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including the use of tables, charts, and figures, is preferred.
• Active participation in, adherence to, and support for compliance program objectives is essential.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
• May require up to 20% travel.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CT.
