This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that align with brand objectives and overall business goals.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with oncologists, nursing personnel, office staff, and stakeholders involved in oncology patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, territory partners, cross-functional teams, and the extended network.
• Drive results that are consistent with brand expectations and AbbVie’s mission.
• Formulate strategic business plans that include measurable objectives and action-oriented strategies.
• Allocate resources judiciously while adhering to compliant and ethical operating standards.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.
• Deliver approved disease-state and product information utilizing persuasive selling techniques in accordance with AbbVie Promotional Policy.
• Leverage sales analytics and customer insights to devise strategic plans.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively within the designated territory.
• Stay informed about market trends, territory changes, disease states, and product offerings.
• Create and execute call plans to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and policies governing AbbVie operations.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant clinical experience (RN, APRN, PA, RPh).
• A preferred minimum of 3 years in Oncology or Oncology Diagnostics, particularly with solid tumors sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales expectations.
• Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Consultative selling approach.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to work in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass AbbVie’s background check and any necessary institutional or health-facility screenings.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements for business purposes by air or car.
• Ability to operate a personal vehicle, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.
