This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that are in line with overall brand objectives and business goals.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of hematology disease states.
• Promote collaboration with colleagues and the broader team network.
• Achieve results that meet brand expectations and align with the Company mission to enhance patient well-being.
• Accountable for meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets.
• Deliver approved information regarding disease states and products to customers.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies within the designated territory.
• Work effectively with a territory partner and Genmab counterpart(s).
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred; relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in Health Science Field or Sales, including a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Health Science Sales with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical sales may substitute for a degree.
• Proven ability to network and collaborate effectively across various functional areas.
• Exceptional organizational/project management abilities and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Track record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Must fulfill all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
