β’ Propel the utilization of Tempus's MRD testing services within the designated territory, concentrating on prominent U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices.
β’ Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and decision-makers to create and enhance business opportunities.
β’ Formulate strategic plans to attract new clients and maintain current ones, optimizing client-bill contracting prospects.
β’ Execute laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with institutions that choose client billing.
β’ Work in conjunction with various sales roles at Tempus to ensure achievement of company goals and objectives.
β’ Recognize and cultivate partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus, advocating for the integration of MRD testing into clinical practice.
β’ Provide insights to Tempus leadership based on market analysis and competitive landscape within designated accounts.
β’ Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory, encompassing budgets, travel, territory management, and goal setting.
β’ Uphold Tempus's company culture with integrity, respect, and trust in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to sell integrated molecular diagnostic solutions and partake in consultative selling processes.
β’ Proficient in engaging with executive-level stakeholders (CEO, COO, CFO).
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the payer and reimbursement landscape in oncology diagnostics.
β’ Strong independent work ethic complemented by excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
β’ Well-versed in molecular diagnostics, MRD testing, and the competitive landscape in oncology.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, alongside regular use of Salesforce.com.
β’ Capable of building cross-functional relationships to achieve work goals and objectives.
β’ Exceptional presentation skills, business acumen, and the capacity to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
β’ Bachelor's degree in life science, biology, business, or marketing β MBA preferred.
β’ Over 3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic context, with a preference for MRD testing exposure.
β’ Proven history of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organization.
β’ Experience collaborating with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, large health systems, and oncology practices.
