This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales meetings for independent clinics that have been referred by our SDR team, converting qualified leads into active HD users.
• Act as a credible platform expert in every demonstration and sales discussion, capable of addressing technical inquiries and articulating value in comparison to alternatives.
• Oversee a pipeline of warm leads through qualification, demonstration, follow-up, and closing, ensuring clear stage hygiene and ownership of next steps throughout the process.
• Execute a smooth transition to the onboarding team upon closing, ensuring that new clinics have the context and support required for a swift startup.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR team to provide feedback on lead quality, refine targeting criteria, and enhance handoff procedures.
• Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns—including email sequences, targeted promotions, and seasonal initiatives—to drive demo registrations and clinic enrollments.
• Create and maintain a repository of sales materials: slide decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and ROI calculators tailored for independent clinic decision-makers.
• Represent Vetcove at veterinary industry events and trade shows to foster relationships, generate leads, and advance the sales pipeline.
• Keep accurate and current records in our CRM across all active opportunities.
• Monitor and report on essential sales metrics: demo-to-close rate, average sales cycle, pipeline velocity, and conversions driven by campaigns.
• Prepare regular pipeline reviews with data-driven insights for internal stakeholders, highlighting obstacles and emerging trends.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in SaaS or a technology company that sells to SMBs or independent operators.
• A proven history of managing a complete sales cycle from demonstration to closing with measurable conversion results.
• Excellent demo and presentation skills: able to read the audience, address objections in real-time, and leave prospects with compelling reasons to agree.
• Comfortable selling in a competitive landscape: adept at positioning against competitors and winning on value rather than just price.
• Experience in building or contributing to sales campaigns, email sequences, or outbound initiatives, rather than merely executing pre-designed strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM tools: maintaining a clean pipeline and current notes.
• A natural communicator who can seamlessly adapt from persuasive group demonstrations to thoughtful one-on-one follow-up emails without losing their voice.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline without overlooking details.
• Able to shift between campaign-level thinking and individual clinic discussions as needed.
• Experience in the veterinary field is a significant plus but not mandatory.
• 100% remote work within the USA.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
• Automatic 401k contributions.
• Employee referral program.
• Home office setup.
• Bi-annual company retreats.
• Open vacation policy.
• Equity opportunities.
• Monthly team events.
