This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide second-level, personalized, and high-touch engagement to enhance the utilization of Covetrus platforms and improve customer experience.

• Perform regular wellness checks for all clinics in the designated region (twice a year) to identify and resolve issues, ensure adoption, and collect valuable feedback.

• Establish trust by comprehending customer needs, aligning solutions with their business objectives, and offering guidance to enhance outcomes using Covetrus tools and services.

• Assist customers in utilizing proactive prescribing, marketing, and auto-ship features, ensuring comprehensive adoption of Covetrus solutions.

• Help practices incorporate Covetrus tools into their workflows to increase efficiency and drive measurable growth.

• Provide customers with financial insights, including usage trends and recommendations to optimize outcomes.

• Monitor account health and execute risk mitigation strategies to prevent churn and enhance customer retention.

• Collect Voice of the Customer feedback to shape internal strategies, enhance products, and elevate the overall customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in a veterinary practice (e.g., Practice Manager) or a related industry role.

• Prior experience in account management, customer success, or analogous roles in veterinary, healthcare, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of veterinary industry challenges, trends, and technology solutions.

• Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in objection handling.

• Must possess the ability to follow through on resolving customer issues and delivering value.
