Client Value Partner – Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives both internal and external, integrating Celonis into their strategic goals.

• Ensure that engagements are appropriately resourced by utilizing global cross-functional teams from Celonis, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering.

• Advise customers on organizational design and the development of Centers of Excellence to enhance the adoption of our platform.

• Mentor and coach team members, offering guidance and support for their success, while providing feedback to managers regarding team performance.

• Oversee the comprehensive customer value journey.

• Influence critical customer stakeholders through executive communication, product expertise, and industry/domain knowledge.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans.

• Address customer escalations by efficiently orchestrating internal teams in a timely manner.

• Comprehend the customer's strategy and objectives, ensuring that Celonis delivery aligns with those strategies to assist in resolving business-critical challenges.

• Facilitate value realization and adoption within accounts, guaranteeing high-quality, timely project completion, client satisfaction, and achievement of usage and adoption targets.

• Organize and lead customer advisory boards to tackle industry-specific challenges and innovations, creating a structured feedback loop to consistently gather insights for product and service enhancement.

• Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development and service offerings align with industry demands and customer feedback, while working with the customer advocacy team on advocacy strategies.

• Promote customer engagement and sponsorship at significant Celonis and industry events, acting as a Celonis leader at conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadership.

• Collaborate on innovation or the development of new assets in specific domains, contributing to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team to improve their effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or similar roles within the Energy industry (or comparable sectors such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.) is required.

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, process re-engineering projects, and implementations.

• Experience with AI-based transformation is highly advantageous.

• In-depth exposure to successful change management practices.

• Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts, and confidence.

• Skilled in collaborating with internal resources to design, present, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.

• Naturally consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.

• Strong team player who inspires colleagues with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.

• Proficient in project management, with the ability to organize and oversee multiple streams.

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate Celonis use cases into the customer's business context.

• Self-motivated and proactive team player.

• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with diverse stakeholders.
