This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver ongoing email and telephone support to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to all Treasury Management products and services.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries from Treasury Management clients in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner.
• Ensure that Treasury Management documentation, as well as internal processes and procedures, adhere to regulatory standards.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, pricing structures, service setup documentation, operating systems, and the data transmissions, file formats, and protocols utilized for Treasury Management products and services.
• Serve as the primary phone support contact for clients, dealing with resolutions on Treasury Management matters, products, and commercial account analysis daily.
• Counsel clients on possible enhancements to online security, product/service usage, and improvements.
• Guarantee that all quality service level agreements related to implementation tasks and timelines are adhered to.
• Keep accurate tracking logs reflecting client additions, modifications, and deletions.
• Support Treasury Management Sales Officers in recognizing additional client requirements and proposing/providing supplementary Treasury Management products and services.
• Offer telephone sales support to customers needing basic TM products/services.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank personnel as necessary.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Participate in data mapping, testing, and other conversion initiatives related to bank mergers.
• Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations); Previous banking experience is preferred.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, capability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis, and online banking systems is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated success in problem analysis and resolution; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent organizational abilities; Capacity to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high level of accuracy.
