This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the post-sales technical relationship with enterprise clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of Support Specialists.
• Handle incoming client issues and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Execute in-depth technical investigations and debugging.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise customers.
• Proven experience in client support and technical management.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a small team.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Redis.
• Capability to conduct technical investigations and debugging across different platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
