Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries and support requests via email and various communication platforms.

• Assist clients in comprehending and efficiently utilizing Tradewing’s products, features, and resources.

• Diagnose issues and determine suitable solutions or next steps.

• Communicate in a clear and professional manner.

• Elevate technical or complex matters to the relevant internal team when necessary.

• Keep precise and detailed records of customer interactions and support requests.

• Recognize recurring customer inquiries or challenges and provide feedback to internal teams.

• Enhance customer support processes, documentation, FAQs, and educational materials.

• Monitor customer support activities and engagement metrics to facilitate improvements in the support experience.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to efficiently address inquiries and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

• Located in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term position.

• Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong academic credentials with an exceptional General Weighted Average.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.

• Comfortable with learning and supporting technology-driven products.

• Target availability for 42.5 billable hours weekly.

• Openness to primarily work during Australia/New Zealand business hours.
