• Diagnose issues and determine suitable solutions or next steps.

• Communicate in a clear and professional manner.

• Elevate technical or complex matters to the relevant internal team when necessary.

• Keep precise and detailed records of customer interactions and support requests.

• Recognize recurring customer inquiries or challenges and provide feedback to internal teams.

• Enhance customer support processes, documentation, FAQs, and educational materials.

• Monitor customer support activities and engagement metrics to facilitate improvements in the support experience.

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to efficiently address inquiries and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
