This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• This role transcends traditional customer support, serving as an essential link between our clients and our creative teams.
• Your objective is to transform unclear client objectives into precise creative guidance while ensuring a smooth production process.
• You are not merely a responder; you act as a consultant who champions the client's vision while possessing the confidence to challenge vague input.
• Utilizing AI tools, you will summarize, organize, and refine communications, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: strategic judgment and achieving successful results.
• Strategic Advocacy: Identify potential risks early and take proactive measures to address them.
• Input Excellence: Challenge unclear or subpar briefs and guide clients towards providing better inputs to guarantee exceptional design outcomes.
• Structured Communication: Ensure all correspondence is concise, clear, and valuable—no unnecessary elaboration, just straightforwardness.
• Service Optimization: Enhance client utilization of Deer Designer over time, evolving from reactive support to a proactive partnership.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI to draft, organize, and refine your communications and internal processes to significantly boost your efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position (Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success).
• Impeccable English: You communicate with accuracy—structured, straightforward, and lucid.
• Design Literacy: You possess a fundamental understanding of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX. While you don't need to design, you should be able to "speak the language."
• The "Backbone": You feel at ease pushing back against clients and asking the tough questions necessary to ensure the job is done correctly.
• AI-Proactive: You already utilize AI to organize your thoughts, identify risks, and enhance the quality of your output.
• Agency Experience: (Highly Desirable) Familiarity with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models.
• Technical Comfort: Acquaintance with tools like Figma or Photoshop (for review purposes) and asynchronous-friendly workflows.
• Ownership Mindset: You prioritize outcomes over mere activity, addressing gaps rather than assigning blame.
• Stability: Long-term, permanent remote contract.
