This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage daily operations for a designated portfolio of PBM clients.
• Act as the main operational contact for all client-related inquiries.
• Co-facilitate and lead client meetings.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team during the onboarding of new clients.
• Collect and oversee all client requirements for the annual open enrollment period.
• Organize client-facing webinars, benefit fairs, and employee education sessions.
• Proactively detect operational trends and challenges.
• Track and monitor all client deliverables in accordance with contractual commitments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at standardizing client operations.
• Assist Rightway partners by interpreting plan designs and addressing inquiries.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations.
• Strong client management capabilities.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits.
• Effective and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in common spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
