This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Datavant partnership with the client, ensuring optimal results, service, and support delivery.
• Manage the coordination, tracking, and reporting of all aspects related to customer projects.
• Lead (coordinate, inspire, and facilitate) the efforts of relevant project resources, collaborating closely with all internal teams, including data integrations, coding management, engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Maintain effective communication channels among internal stakeholders through regular reporting and information sharing (daily/weekly/quarterly reports, meetings, status updates, etc.).
• Own the customer operations project management processes, tools, reference materials, and cross-functional usage.
• Monitor project status and success throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues as they arise, coordinating escalation and resolution with sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare final reports and presentations for customers, calculating project results summaries and coordinating results delivery with the Sales team.
• Identify, define, and implement process improvements aligned with departmental needs and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, prevent, and resolve software issues impacting customer projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, payment models, risk adjustment, medical coding, physician workflow, and/or electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, data formats, and processes, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Advanced Excel skills, with some knowledge of SQL queries preferred.
• Strong curiosity and capability to correlate data from various sources.
• Professional and respectful demeanor in a relaxed work environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of execution and results.
• Team player eager to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
• Advanced presentation skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build rapport with multiple client stakeholders.
• Excellent meeting leadership skills, including managing logistics, agendas, and meeting notes.
