This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and nurture customer relationships at various levels, acting as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor while delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Foster connections with consultants and brokers, acknowledging their importance to our clients.
• Successfully handle upselling of new product lines and the renewal process for existing clients.
• Strategically plan, negotiate, and influence interactions and relationships with customers, their brokers/consultants, and internal team members to meet account objectives.
• Provide regular reports to customers, detailing plan performance and service outcomes.
• Develop and clearly convey the value proposition, trend influences, and performance tracking of solutions to the customer.
• Create a strategic plan for managing a mid-market size portfolio to effectively achieve role targets.
• 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or relationship management, preferably in the employer benefits or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and consultations with mid-sized employers within the health care benefits domain.
• Strong negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, position, and present information for client impact.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven success in a rapidly expanding organization.
• Resides in the West Coast region of the United States.
• Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as required.
