This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main consultative partner for a designated, intricate book of business, aligning the Data & Marketing solution with client business goals.
• Facilitate regular strategy and planning discussions with both day-to-day and senior stakeholders.
• Offer insights on data-driven marketing strategies, campaigns, and best practices.
• Sustain client sentiment and advocacy by proactively addressing concerns and emphasizing value.
• Evaluate client usage and campaign outcomes to link platform activity with growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Create and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Spearhead client success initiatives that enhance satisfaction, engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Establish and nurture multi-threaded relationships with operational contacts and executive influencers.
• Foster client-side advocates who champion Alkami Data and Marketing while promoting adoption and expansion.
• Coordinate account engagement across Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Support teams.
• Implement renewal playbooks and processes to achieve retention objectives.
• Keep precise client data, activities, and health indicators updated in Gainsight, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Adhere to standardized touchpoint cadences, QBRs, and internal reviews.
• Develop success plans that define client objectives and monitor progress.
• Advocate for client needs and escalate critical issues within the organization.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and scalable approaches for Client Success.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Client Success, Account Management, Marketing Strategy, or other related client-facing positions.
• Demonstrated success in independently managing a complex book of business.
• Proven experience in providing strategic, data-driven consultation that results in measurable outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience acting as a primary consultative partner for B2B clients, preferably in SaaS, martech, adtech, or data-driven marketing sectors.
• Capability to utilize data and insights to guide marketing strategies, campaigns, and optimization suggestions.
• Proficient in independently managing a diverse client portfolio while prioritizing time across varying sizes, complexities, and lifecycle stages.
• Strong skills in building relationships with operational contacts and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead client presentations and QBRs effectively.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Skill in transforming complex data into clear, business-ready narratives.
• High degree of organization, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Proficient with Gainsight, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing tactics encompassing email, programmatic, targeting, segmentation, and performance metrics.
• Technical knowledge of product and data insights.
• Preferred: experience with financial institutions or digital banking/fintech.
• Preferred: familiarity with data-driven marketing platforms, campaign management tools, or customer intelligence solutions.
• Preferred: exposure to programmatic digital advertising, personalization, or predictive analytics.
• Preferred: knowledge of financial technology.
• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% as required.
