Client Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients while actively contributing to a positive customer service experience.

• Develop long-lasting client partnerships that yield financial and operational advantages for both parties.

• Facilitate regular client meetings and ensure all follow-up actions are completed.

• Engage effectively with clients on both a routine and ad hoc basis.

• Establish and enhance revenue streams within our current client portfolio.

• Work in collaboration with other departments to address service delivery challenges that affect contractual commitments.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product configurations for clients, including cross-service system logic and functionality.

• Act as the primary contact for all client communications and oversight; take ownership of overall client satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize, retain, and upsell business.

• Monitor and ensure client health regarding accounts receivable balances, account reconciliation, overdue revenue recovery, and invoice accuracy.

• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with shifting priorities conveyed through various mediums.

• Manage time and deadlines efficiently while juggling multiple internal and external priorities.

• Supervise project campaign execution to guarantee all requirements are fulfilled; document and assess project progress while communicating effectively both internally and externally.

• Review and authorize the release of software modifications and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Educate and guide both new and existing clients on industry best practices.

• Onboard new clients or products and proactively identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor and assess client performance, identify anomalies, and raise concerns to management.

• Utilize critical thinking to formulate potential solutions and communicate effectively to relevant parties.

• Possess a very strong working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Prepare and deliver monthly settlement files and reports to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience is necessary.

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, account management, or a similar role.

• Must be detail-oriented with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Possess a very strong working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience in gathering, documenting, and conveying client requirements to internal stakeholders.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities; capable of defining issues, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
