This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for a designated client portfolio
• Offer strategic insights, providing customized marketing solutions
• Engage proactively with clients to guarantee their satisfaction
• Oversee the complete project delivery process, from campaign strategizing to performance evaluation
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Evaluate campaign performance metrics to enhance overall results
• Track client satisfaction metrics and collect feedback
• Preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional performance may override the experience requirement
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking
• Skilled in project management tools with a comprehensive understanding of best organizational practices
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while paying attention to detail
• Experience in a client service role is preferred
• Strong skills in data analysis
