
Client Success Executive – Prescription Benefit Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a senior link between TrueScripts and its clientele.
• Propel business expansion by ensuring client renewals and retention.
• Lead the strategic account team, which includes client success, clinical, and data analytics divisions.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction and service provision.
• Address client inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
• Supervise the implementation of the communication strategy.
• Foster robust internal and external client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development teams.
• Examine claims data to uncover drug trends, financial performance, and cost-saving possibilities.
• Utilize expert knowledge of TrueScripts proprietary programs.
• Manage client renewals and cultivate relationships with significant client stakeholders.
• Organize client review sessions, including scheduling, reporting, materials, and accommodations.
• Utilize CRM and proprietary claims adjudication software.
• Conduct client meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Modify plan parameters with the POD as instructed by the client or broker.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients involving the client, broker, TPA, and data vendor.
• Take part in introductory and enrollment meetings with employees.

• Experience in Prescription Benefit Management.
• Must reside in the Western United States.
• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least five years of combined Account Management/Client Success experience within a PBM environment or equivalent client-facing health/benefits experience is required.
• Preferred experience in managing employer groups or health plan accounts.
• A valid and current driver’s license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time if required.
• Client-facing presentation experience is preferred.
• Capable of interfacing with clients and owners to provide solutions to challenges.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and able to function effectively as a team player.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision.
