This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for clients, managing all aspects of the client life cycle from implementation to ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and manage client-specific and organizational KPIs as well as operational metrics.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each client’s requirements and objectives.
• Advocate for the client's perspective and collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Create and document use cases, case studies, white papers, and other examples of client success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Arine and assist in the development of the company's mission and vision.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or another client-facing leadership position.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to lead a team to effectively drive projects to successful completion.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a strong preference for education/training in Healthcare or Pharmacy.
• In-depth knowledge of medication therapy management, CMS quality measures, and comprehensive medication management and optimization strategies is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: To excel in this role, an individual should possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and CRM platforms like HubSpot is highly preferred.
