This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish strong working relationships with Client Executives and cross-functional partners in Legal, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams.
β’ Familiarize yourself with our client portfolio, operational rhythms, and internal systems to effectively assist with high-priority deliverables, including client reporting, ABR/QBR preparation, and implementation and issue-resolution workflows.
β’ Take charge of executing key client initiatives, ensuring that tasks are clearly defined, responsibilities are aligned, and deadlines are consistently adhered to.
β’ Lead significant workstreams within critical, multi-stakeholder initiatives such as ABRs, competitive responses, renewals, and product launches, coordinating inputs across teams while keeping projects on schedule without the need for constant escalation.
β’ Convert client data and feedback into clear, actionable insights and narratives that Client Executives can confidently present to senior client stakeholders.
β’ Develop and enhance playbooks, templates, and checklists that facilitate Client Executives in conducting repeatable, high-quality client interactions at scale.
β’ Recognize patterns across your client portfolio that inform our commercial strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market positioning.
β’ Collaborate with Client Executives and internal teams to enhance internal processes, knowledge management, and tools, enabling the broader team to operate more efficiently.
β’ Own and report on key success metrics for the projects and workstreams you oversee, showcasing your impact on client outcomes, retention, and growth.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or strategic/operational roles supporting B2B or enterprise clients, with involvement in multi-stakeholder initiatives that influence business outcomes.
β’ Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional work among teams such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Clinical, or Product to support client-facing deliverables or projects.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a history of managing multiple concurrent projects, communicating effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
