Client Manager, Licensed Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via chats, phone calls, and emails.

• Assist customers in locating the most affordable policy that meets their requirements.

• Collaborate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license remains valid at all times.

• Guarantee prompt updates for name changes, address updates, or any alterations affecting your license.

• Complete mandatory Client Manager training successfully within the first 30 to 45 days of employment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Producer License with Property & Casualty line of authority is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in insurance sales is essential.

• At least 6 months of experience in a fully remote position is necessary.

• Strong proficiency in the English language (both verbal and written) along with excellent communication skills is required.

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.

• Must be computer literate with the ability to navigate basic software applications like Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and Email.

• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, skills, and tasks is important.

• Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Availability to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule is mandatory.

• Must have and maintain high-speed Internet with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload, and a latency of ≤ 50 ms.
