📋 Description

• Enhance the sales effectiveness of the commercial teams by improving their knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for achieving business results. This encompasses areas such as product knowledge, clinical expertise, industry insights and trends, sales techniques, territory management, and account planning skills.

• Collaborate closely with leaders from cross-functional departments and stakeholders to evaluate educational needs and market specifics, and to create, adjust, and deliver training that aligns with particular market or departmental requirements.

• Assess the effectiveness of educational programs through the analysis of training delivery metrics, sales productivity reports, and feedback from learners and stakeholders.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in creating educational content for both internal and external audiences, partnering with Instructional Designers and the downstream marketing team while adhering to the principles of adult learning, as well as the Global Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedures, Branding Guidelines, Copy Approval process, and Document Control requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; BSN is preferred.

• Proven track record of sales achievements.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, and/or sales effectiveness.

• At least 3 years of direct sales experience is required, ideally in IV solutions, infusion consumables, and closed system transfer devices.

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales training, or a related area.

• Strong preference for 3+ years of clinical experience.
